Tom Herbert

Tom joined Gassman Development Perspectives in mid 2016 as a Registered Surveyor with the Queensland Surveyors Board. After graduating from Queensland University Of Technology in 2005, Tom worked in Brisbane for a year before expanding his knowledge base in 2007 by working in Vancouver on many Engineering Surveys for infrastructure the 2010 Olympic Winter games.

After returning home in 2008 Tom has worked in the land development industry and has central to many development projects. These include large and small scale land sub-divisions, rural sub-divisions, commercial Leases and strata titling for both unit and town house developments. With 10 years of experience in many areas of land development Tom hopes to further progress his knowledge of sustainable development in Queensland.

Since completing his Registration with the Surveyors board in 2016 he has set his sights on completing his Cadastral Endorsement.
