Erika Di Luigi

Erika joined Gassman Development Perspectives in 2022 as a Town Planner. She graduated in 2019 from the University of New England with the Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning. Erika’s career started in Local Government over five years ago as a student where she worked within the Economic Development department focussing on facilitating economic development and business growth in the Moreton Bay region. She then transitioned into strategic planning and was involved in a range of projects across Council. Since this time, Erika has joined the private sector as a development assessment planner and has experience preparing and actively managing applications for a wide range of developments from small scale residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects through to large scale residential and industrial subdivisions throughout South-East Queensland. Since joining the team at Gassman Development Perspectives, Erika has proven to be valuable member of the team. She has successfully worked with Council and clients to achieve the very best outcome for each individual project through skilled negotiation, critical thinking, and knowledge and application of planning principles.
