In 2007, Ashleigh joined Gassman Development Perspectives as a full-time receptionist, holding qualifications in Business Administration.
Since then she has gained further skills and now specialises in various administration roles.
Ashleigh is in control of the day to day running of the business which includes HR, Payroll and accounts and also handles all of the financial aspects of the company.
She brings a motivational and positive energy to the work environment and believes efficiency and organisation is an important aspect to a successful business.
