Senior Civil Site Inspector
Brad became a member of the Gassman Development Perspectives team in January 2026, taking on the role of Senior Civil Site Inspector and brings over 30 years of Land Development Industry, and Civil/Structural construction experience to the Gassman Development Perspective Portfolio.
During his employment history in the Land Development Engineering Industry, Brad has been employed at Local Government Authorities in the Civil Design Assessment and the On-Site Civil Field Inspection realm. Additionally, associated with this Local Government Experience, Brad has also been employed at a large tier 1 Civil Construction Company specializing in Civil/Structural Engineering Consultancy associated with many various scale on site civil construction projects.
Therefore, Brad has extensive knowledge working in the Land Development Industry, especially consulting with many of the Southeast Queensland Local Government Authorities, QLD State Government Authorities and Specialized Water and Sewerage Utility Agencies.
Brad Graduated from Southbank Institute of Technology (SBIT) with an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Advanced Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting.
Brad has extensive knowledge of assessing civil construction designs and resolving complex onsite issues prior to construction and has the technical ability to assess and amend designs for logical construction requirements and to achieve sustainable compliant quality outcomes.
