In addition to our core planning role, Gassman Development Perspectives provided ecological advice on rehabilitating the degraded areas associated with Hotham Creek resulting from the approval issued for a subdivision of a site from one into two.
We prepared the key reports associated with complying with approval conditions to establish a covenant area to be managed and rehabilitated. A Rehabilitation Plan was also prepared and custom-designed for this site.
Gassman Development Perspectives engaged the appropriate contractors to undertake the plantings and monitoring and subsequently provided advice to prospective purchasers regarding the requirements and responsibilities of future landholders in maintaining and upholding the rehabilitation establishment and maintenance of the degraded area.
