Main Street, Beenleigh

Gassman Development Perspectives acted as town planner and environmental consultant in obtaining an approval for this 3 storey residential apartment building for 20 units.

With the site located on constrained, flood prone land located within close proximity to the Beenleigh train station we assisted in obtaining alternative building and engineering solutions that were required in order to achieve reasonable development outcomes. The apartment building was ultimately located upon a large flood-free podium which incorporated a tailored landscaping design which would buffer the visual impact of the development from lower lying land. The end result is a development which incorporates existing and proposed vegetation with a passive and active communal open space area for residents of high functional and visual quality.
