Elizabeth Street, Beenleigh

Gassman Development Perspectives acted as town planner and landscape architect in this 7 storey residential apartment building planning approval for 32 units. The approval is one of only a handful of residential high-rise projects to be endorsed for development by Logan City Council within the Beenleigh Town Centre.

We acted as town planning and landscape architect consultants and project manager for the development approval, we assisted with the incorporation of architectural, engineering, acoustic and traffic engineering advice into a building design seeking to take advantage of the site’s proximity to the Beenleigh CBD whilst addressing site constraints such as its proximity to the Gold Coast-Brisbane train line. The result was a modern, high quality building design including superior levels of visual amenity and living options without compromising affordability.
