Gassman Development Perspectives were pleased to assist with planning; project management; landscape and environmental services to assist with the granting of an approval for a large scale industrial development within the suburb of Hemmant in Brisbane. The site is a strategic location, conveniently located within close proximity to majority arterial roads; the Brisbane Airport; and the Brisbane Port.
The approved development represents a dual stage delivery of up to 4 large industrial tenancies on the site. The approved development footprint of the combined stages is just under 70,000sqm of GFA.
Given the unique nature of the extended street frontages of the corner lot on which the development is located, a high degree of effort was undertaken to ensure that a highly attractive and well presentable landscaped industrial built form was presented to the public street.
Once completed, this development will see an important use of a currently vacant site within such an important and accessible industrial location within Brisbane City.
