Mitchell Gassman

Mitchell joined Gassman Development Perspectives in late 2015 as a Civil Project Engineer. Mitchell graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Queensland University of Technology in 2009 which included further specialisation in Project Management and Property Economics. Mitchell is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia along with a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and has over 7 years of diverse land development experience in projects throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.

Mitchell is responsible for the detailed civil engineering designs, coordination of associated approvals, tender and contract administration, construction supervision along with negotiations with Local, State and other service authorities in order to achieve develop-able and cost effective outcomes for clients.

Mitchell has a sound understanding of all aspects of land development from acquisition and feasibility studies, through to project start up, delivery and completion, beyond the regular civil engineering and project delivery considerations. Mitchell is outcome driven and has the ability to manage multi-disciplinary development teams working directly with the client to ensure successful delivery.
